Can I stretch out the program beyond 6 months?

Yes, you can stretch it out. Ideally, you want to have sessions on a regular bi-weekly drumbeat so that you’re working on the change you desire with structure and commitment and get the most out of the program.


Typically, we’ll fix the bi-weekly sessions for six months at the beginning of the program, so that your appointments are secure in both of our calendars. But when we do that, we’ll definitely have to schedule them around any vacations, biz trips, major projects on both ends. And, of course, we’ll also stay open to rescheduling when there’s a change of plan or unexpected emergencies. So, it is not unusual to take more than six months to go through the 12 sessions. 


There are no hard rules on how often the coaching sessions need to take place.  Traditionally, we find bi-weekly to be the most effective in terms of changing behaviors and thoughts, so that’s what we suggest, especially to those who are new to coaching.  But ultimately you can use the 12 sessions in ways that serve your own development the best, as long as the work in between sessions is ongoing.  

What's the cancellation policy?

As long as you give me at least 24 hours notice, there’s no penalty, but any change or cancellation within 24 hours, the scheduled sessions will be charged for 50% and withint 12 hours, 100%.  Myself as well, if I need to reschedule, I’ll give you at least 24 hours notice and do my best to reschedule you within the same week.
